Personality and Professionalism:
The thing I have been most stricken by during my wedding planning is the lack of professionalism with a lot of potential vendors I looked in to. I mean, how do people stay in business? So, I was totally relieved and impressed when I found Beauty Mark Ink after several attempts at booking a trial with other makeup artists and several flakes, cancellations and general unreliability. Vanessa was SO professional throughout the entire experience. She was super responsive on email and phone and scheduled my trial within a week of my inquiry into their services. Vanessa and Lisa showed up to my house 15 minutes early and were SO friendly and fun to work with. I felt like I was just hanging out with my girlfriends.
Makeup:
Vanessa did my makeup and it turned out gorgeous! She made suggestions based on the photos I brought and the final look was even better than I imagined. She also did a test on my mom, who has sensitive skin, to make sure the makeup would work for her, and it did. Their products are great quality and everything they bring is very clean. My “bridal smokey eye” was exactly what I was looking for and I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day!
Hair:
I am a FREAK about hair, I have literally cried after a bang trim because two hairs were different than the rest. Most wedding hair I have seen on line looks awful to me so I was very nervous about the hair trial and was preparing myself to do my own hair. Lisa took the photos I presented and recreated the look I wanted almost to a T! My mom made one small suggestion and she quickly listened and adjusted to the change. When I turned to the mirror my 1st thought was “I want to get married RIGHT NOW so my hair is exactly like this!” It was exactly what I wanted and looked so chic and beautiful.
The next day I was even able to
keep the soft waves in at work and I
got tons of compliments! “Is that
extensions?” lol.

I recently used Beauty Mark Ink for my wedding on 10/10/10. The team was amazing.Clear communication from the start. They sent me a contract that outlined and itemized everything for me. I knew exactly what services they were going to perform. In the contract it even stated their arrival time and start time.
On the day of, the team showed up at my hotel room on time and they were able to get everyone ready in the time
